Who we are
Simputer (USA) was founded in 2002 and is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization.
We are committed to improving the quality of life for children and teens through health and wellness education.
Simputer USA is devoted to transferring this knowledge and practice to parents and educators in the school system, so that the tools and techniques that drive improved focus, reduced stress (for both students and teachers), higher self-esteem and improved academic engagement can be properly reinforced.
Simputer USA recognizes this process must be a partnership in which all parties with a vested interest in the students’ well-being and opportunities for success in life are educated and involved.
Simputer USA is poised to integrate with the school system in an innovative manner to help address learning and behavioral issues, beginning in middle school and continuing to work with youth until they graduate high school. In order for the US to compete, its citizens must have an education that goes beyond high school. Simputer USA proposes to partner with the schools in three key areas: the teacher/student relationship; health awareness and management; and academic achievement. Additional funding and resources are needed to implement a study that would produce quantitative results to be used as a basis for extending the program throughout all of Mecklenburg County and beyond. A SWOT analysis based on the work efforts, including the pilot program, has been included.
Although we are based in Charlotte, NC, we can handle customer’s needs throughout the Carolinas. We have engaged highly trained staff of professionals to assist you.
